Brian Hobbs is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in the payments industry and enterprise infrastructure. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Merchant Infrastructure Technology at Global Payments Inc., Brian previously held multiple senior leadership roles at Netspend, including Senior Vice President of Technology and Senior Vice President of Global Technology Services, where responsibilities encompassed technology operations, application delivery, and online payment systems. Earlier career positions include Senior Software Engineer at Medical Present Value, Inc., Director of Software Development at FullDegree, and Vice President of Technical Operations at Infoware, among others. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Engineering and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University.
