Gilbert Bailey

Gilbert Bailey has extensive experience in the technology and finance sectors, currently serving as EVP and Global Head of Commerce Enablement Solutions at Global Payments Inc. since April 2016. Prior roles at Global Payments include SVP and VP positions focused on Analytics and Customer Engagement. Bailey's career also includes significant contributions at Heartland Payment Systems and Beanstalk Data, both involved in customer engagement solutions. Committed to education and community service, Bailey has served on the Board of Trustees at Guilford College and held leadership positions within the Grand Lodge of NC AF & AM as well as the Community Charter School Public School Board. Entrepreneurial experience includes founding DayMoonSolutions and co-owning fencePBT, Inc., along with sponsoring US Olympic fencers. Bailey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Guilford College.
