Tracey Friend

Tracey Friend is an experienced talent acquisition executive currently serving as Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Global Payments Inc., where responsibility includes transforming the delivery of both FTE and contingent labor. Prior roles include Consultant - Global TA Transformation Leader at NCR Corporation, where Tracey led a global recruitment process outsourcing initiative, and Head of Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning at DXC Technology, focusing on workforce management across the Americas. Tracey has also contributed to the advancement of women in STEM as a volunteer board member for Million Women Mentors. With a robust background in talent solutions from AgileOne, Adecco, and EDS, Tracey possesses expertise in solution design, recruitment marketing, and workforce strategy. Tracey holds a BS in Psychology and an Ed.S. in Counselor Education from the University of Florida, along with a certificate in Product Management from EDS.
