Priya Licht

Priya is a Senior Human Resources Executive with a deep background in international people strategy for both non-profit and for-profit organizations. Prior to developing Global People Strategist and starting Aadmi Consulting, Priya was the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Advisor at the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI), where she built the HR department from the ground up for an international employee base of 700+ people across 25+ countries.

Priya also spent 10 years working in London, New Delhi and the U.S. where she started up offices and built HR departments for Fortune 1000 companies in industries ranging from software consultancies, like Sapient, pharmaceuticals, like GSK, to the retail sector in Tesco, Ltd. In addition to her work in the private sector, Priya also has prior experience in the non-profit sector, where she has worked for the American Red Cross and the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation in Washington, D.C.

Priya is a graduate of the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University where she concentrated on International Business and Negotiation and Conflict Resolution. She also has a degree from Mount Holyoke College.
