Ramona Hark

Ramona Hark has a wealth of experience in financial management and leadership roles. Ramona started their career as a Chief Financial Officer/Controller at Associated Physicians, Medical College of Ohio in 1997 and then moved on to become the Chief Financial Officer/Corporate Controller at Scripps Clinic in 1999. In 2000, they joined Incode Telecom Group Inc as a Corporate Controller and later became the Chief Financial Officer/Vice President of Finance from 2008 to 2012. Following that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer/Operations Manager at One Diamond Electronics, Inc. and then as the Program Manager at Ericsson from 2012 to 2016. Ramona continued their financial leadership journey at AlienVault as the Vice President of Accounting/Controller from 2016 to 2017. Ramona'snext role was as the Vice President of Financial Operations/Chief of Staff at Cylance Inc. from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at DFO Global Performance Commerce since 2019.
