Tim Shuvaloff has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as the Office Financial Manager for AIESEC Simon Fraser University. Tim then joined AIESEC Canada as an Internal Audit Team Leader. In 2013, they joined PromProekt GmbH as a Translations Coordinator. Since 2014, Tim has been working at DFO Global Performance Commerce, where they have held various roles. Tim started as an Operations Coordinator in Advertising & Affiliate Marketing before being promoted to Vice President of Operations and Analytics. In this role, they established the Analytics department and implemented initiatives to increase efficiency. Currently, Tim serves as the Chief Analytics Officer, leading AI capabilities development and project management for the platform CXWow.
