Ivan Lustig

Ivan Lustig is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in private equity and corporate management. Currently serving as Managing Partner at both Dover Madison Capital Management and MTN Capital Partners LLC, Lustig has led significant investments in the lower middle market, focusing on businesses with $10 million to $100 million in revenue and strong management teams. Additional leadership roles include Board Member at Global Power Products, Chairman of the Board at Gotha Cosmetics USA, and Co-Chairman of the Board at the Museum of the Moving Image. Lustig has previously held senior positions in investment banking, including Senior Managing Director at Duff & Phelps and Managing Director at RBS Global Banking & Markets. Academically, Lustig holds a BS in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering, an MBA in Finance, and a Master of Engineering in Operations Research from Cornell University.
