Walt Reini

Walt Reini is an experienced engineering and quality manager currently leading design and quality efforts for process and dewatering pumps at Global Pump since January 2022. Previously, Walt served as facilities and manufacturing engineering manager at Emerson Automation Solutions, overseeing product launches and managing a diverse team. Walt's background includes roles as a business development engineer and project manager at Beaden Screen, where custom machine builds and facility improvements were a focus. Additional experience includes managing design teams at Sarnamotive and Bindicator, with expertise in product design and manufacturing process enhancements. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Operations Management from the University of Michigan-Flint and a Bachelor's degree in Technology Teacher Education from Eastern Michigan University.
