Rodney Minter-Brown is a highly experienced creative professional with a diverse background in brand, design, advertising, photography, and film. Currently serving as Creative Director at Global Relay since March 2023, Rodney has held multiple senior creative leadership positions including Executive Creative Director at BCB Group and HAM.Agency, as well as Creative Director at Indy Creative, Frontera, Atemi Design, and Sutton Young. Prior experience includes establishing design strategies as Head of Design at Brand Learning and Design Lead at Conran Design Group. Rodney's robust educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Graphic Design from the University of Hertfordshire and a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Art & Design from Pietermaritzburg University.
