Xavier Alix

Xavier Alix is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in executive roles across various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Global Sage since 2019, Xavier previously held the position of Partner & Executive Vice President for Europe at DHR International from 2013 to 2018. Prior experience includes leadership roles such as Chairman of Berndtson International and Managing Partner for France at Odgers Berndtson from 1988 to 2012, as well as General Manager for France at Lotus Development Corporation, a division of IBM, from 1984 to 1987. Xavier's early career was marked by roles at Russell Reynolds Associates, where responsibilities included Consultant, Executive Director, and Managing Director. Academically, Xavier holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, along with education from Sciences Po and Centrale Lille.
