Steve Hart

Steve Hart is a seasoned professional in the aquaculture industry with extensive experience in market development and leadership roles. Currently, Steve serves on the Board of Directors for the Seafood Nutrition Partnership and holds the position of Senior Vice President of Market Development at both the Global Seafood Alliance and Best Aquaculture Practices since June 2015. Previously, Steve was the Executive Director of the Soy Aquaculture Alliance and Director of Aquaculture at the Indiana Soybean Alliance, where efforts were focused on developing the aquaculture industry and promoting soy-based aquafeeds. Steve's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Aquaculture Nutrition from Purdue University, an M.S. in Aquaculture, and a B.S. in Fisheries from Michigan State University.
