Erin Fraser Cep

Erin Fraser has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Erin started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Macquarie University in 2005. Erin then worked in various administrative positions at Legal Aid NSW before joining Vermilion Energy in 2006. At Vermilion Energy, Erin held multiple roles, including Travel & Relocation Services Coordinator, HR Administrator for Expatriate Services, HR Analyst for Global Mobility, and Supervisor for Payroll & Benefits. Erin managed global tax compliance, payroll, benefits, and mobility risk analysis. Erin also implemented various processes and strategies related to wellness, emergency response, and SOX compliance.

In 2016, Erin joined Solium as a Client Service Manager and later became a Manager for Client Service Excellence & Innovation. Their responsibilities included providing training and support to the client service team, facilitating new processes and process improvements, and leading change management initiatives. Erin also collaborated with other departments and teams to ensure a high level of client service and successful onboarding processes.

In 2019, Erin joined Global Shares as the VP of Business Development. Their role entails providing solutions for managing share plans and engaging employees in employee ownership. Erin also offers a comprehensive plan management service for both public and private companies.

Erin Fraser has consistently demonstrated expertise in client service, employee engagement, and process improvement throughout their career. Erin has a strong background in managing complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Erin Fraser, CEP, completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Honours degree in English Language and Literature, General at the University of Calgary from 2001 to 2004. In addition to their undergraduate education, Erin has acquired several certifications throughout their career. Erin obtained their Level 9 Voice certification from The Royal Conservatory of Music in December 1999. Later, Erin earned the Canadian Employee Relocation Professional (CERP) certification from the Canadian Employee Relocation Council in January 2012. Erin also became a Certified Shareworks Associate through Solium in January 2015, followed by the Certified Payroll Manager (CPM) designation from The Canadian Payroll Association in May 2015. Erin further enhanced their qualifications by attaining the Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) certification from the Institute Of Professional Management- IPM in July 2016. In February 2018, they achieved the Certified Shareworks Master certification granted by Solium. Most recently, Erin received the Equity Compensation Associate certification from Santa Clara University in November 2020, and they obtained the Certified Equity Professional designation from the same institution in December 2021.
