Tracey Pappas

Tracey Pappas is an experienced operations and project management professional with a strong background in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as a Consultant at Global Shop Solutions since December 2018, Tracey previously held key leadership roles as Chief Operations Officer at Prefix Corporation and Prefix Arrow Racing, where significant accomplishments included achieving high employee retention rates, implementing ERP systems, and driving substantial sales growth. Prior roles included Program Manager at McLaren Performance Technologies, Program Coordinator at Chrysler/SRT Motorsports Group, and Owner/Operations Manager at The Appraisal Team, LLC. Tracey began a career at General Motors as a Project Engineer, contributing to advanced product analysis and concept development. Tracey holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University.
