Muhammad Saqlain

Muhammad Saqlain BA, CSM, SSM is an experienced Scrum Master with a demonstrated history of facilitating agile processes and Scrum ceremonies in teams. Currently at SECU Credit Union since August 2021, Muhammad serves as a champion for team members, focusing on removing impediments to enhance performance. Prior to this role, Muhammad worked at GEICO from November 2019 to July 2021, where responsibilities included supporting Agile teams on database system enhancements and migration to a cloud-based platform. Muhammad began the career as a Business Analyst at Carbonic IT Solutions from August 2016 to June 2019, implementing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to improve customer engagement and streamline sales. Additionally, Muhammad held the position of Sales Marketing Lead at the same company from May 2015 to May 2016. Muhammad holds an LLB degree from GC University Faisalabad, completed in July 2018.
