Arturo Ramirez

Arturo Ramirez is the current President and CEO of Global Smart Business. Arturo has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, specifically in sales and management. Arturo began their career in 1989 as a Logistics Manager for Corporación ISC Bunker Ramo de Venezuela. In this role, they were responsible for logistics planning to support the onsite technical operation in the Venezuela Financial Market. In 1995, Arturo joined Unisys as a Regional Alliance Manager. In this role, they were responsible for developing Unisys solutions in the Latin American market together with vendors and service partners. Arturo was also responsible for Unisys Managed/Outsourcing Services sales, which totaled over 12M$ per year. In 2009, Arturo left Unisys to join Global Smart Business, where they have served as President and CEO since. Under Arturo’s leadership, Global Smart Business has become a leading provider of IT services and solutions in the Latin American market.

Arturo Ramirez's educational career would include studying electrical engineering at Universidad Central de Venezuela and then completing an electronic technical degree at ITJO.
