Katie Brown

Katie Brown has a strong background in client relations and support roles. Katie started their career in 2006 as a Customer Service Supervisor at First Bank. Katie then joined Citi in 2012, initially as a Support Analyst and later progressed to AVP Vendor Relation Control. In 2019, they joined both AmeriSource Inc. and Global Strategic Business Process Solutions as a Director Of Client Relations. Their expertise lies in providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with clients.

Katie Brown completed their Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Colorado Technical University from 2009 to 2012. During the same period, they also obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Management from the same university.
