Dounia Boushaba

Dounia Boushaba is an experienced customer service manager with a strong background in improving customer care and business processes. Currently serving at Global Switch as the Customer Service Manager for France since July 2018, Dounia previously held key roles at Equinix EMEA, including EMEA Customer Service Manager where responsibilities included training, project optimization, and customer complaint resolution. Prior experience also includes roles in sales marketing management and project delivery management, with a focus on client liaison and service delivery. Dounia holds an MA in Marketing Operations and a BA in Business Management from the IGF Institute of Management, alongside an NVQ in Sales & Communication.
