Alfred Kaspar

Alfred Kaspar has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Alfred started their career in 2003 as a Registrar at NIC Mexico and Network Information Center Mexico. Alfred then moved on to Chubb in 2004, where they worked as a Change Management specialist. In 2006, Alfred joined ACS Inc. as a System Administrator and later transitioned to the role of Infrastructure Management Senior Analyst. Alfred also held the position of DSE (Digital Service Engineer) during their time at ACS.

In 2011, Alfred joined SAP as a Senior IT System Administrator and Cloud Consulting specialist. Here, they acquired expertise in Windows Servers, Cloud Architecture, Virtualization (VMWare, OpenStack, Azure), and Business Analytics. Alfred successfully managed critical systems by building and operating a private IaaS cloud infrastructure and implemented an auto-healing procedure for OS-related issues. Alfred left SAP in 2017.

Alfred's most recent role is as an Information Technology Infrastructure Manager at Global Telesourcing, where they oversee all IT infrastructure-related environments, ensuring data security according to Payment Card Industry standards. Alfred is responsible for implementing new solutions for agile operations with zero downtime.
