Rick van Beerendonk

Rick van Beerendonk is an experienced professional in the field of talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior Adviseur at Yacht since January 2018, Rick is dedicated to building effective networks of external professionals. In addition to this role, Rick has been a Principal Procesmanager at Randstad Groep Nederland and a Start-up Trainer, focusing on coaching and inspiring new colleagues. As a Board Member for frank (network Randstad personnel) and a Diving Instructor for Global Underwater Explorers, Rick contributes to various initiatives. Previously, Rick held the position of Senior Accountspecialist at Tempo-Team Inhouse Services, where proactive partnerships and continuous improvement were emphasized, and gained valuable experience in planning and recruitment at Jumbo Supermarkten and Tempo-Team.
