Nan Williams

Nan Williams is an accomplished executive and board member with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Member of Council at Swansea University and Co-opted board member at Welsh National Opera Cenedlaethol Cymru, Nan is also a Member of the Board of Trustees at Wales Millennium Centre, where participation includes the Remuneration & Nominations committee. As Chair of GlobalWelsh and Group Chief Executive at Four Communications, one of the UK's and the Middle East's successful start-up communications companies, Nan has demonstrated significant expertise in strategic leadership and governance. Nan's career began as a Graduate Trainee at Barclays Bank International, progressing to Chief Executive at Charles Barker BSMG, followed by obtaining an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and a degree in Modern Languages from the University of Cambridge.
