Kevin Sewell has worked in the telecommunications industry since 2000. Kevin began their career as a Sales and Field Engineer/Installer for a Telecommunications Company in Ontario Ca., where they were responsible for programming and installing traditional PBX and VoIP solutions, as well as providing infrastructure cabling which included cat3, cat5, cat6, and fiber. Kevin was also technically certified on NEC, Shoretel, HP, and a variety of other product lines. In 2016, they joined Packet Fusion as a Senior Account Executive. Most recently, in 2018, they joined the Global CTI Group as a Senior Sales Executive and Senior Solutions Architect.

Kevin Sewell completed their high school education in 1993, graduating from Ayala High School with a High School Diploma in Acting. Kevin then attended California State University, Fullerton from 2004 to 2006, majoring in Business Administration and Management, General. Kevin has also obtained numerous certifications, including Mitel Connect Solutions Architect and Mitel Sales Professional from Mitel in 2018, Ring Central Sales Professional and Ring Central Unified Communications Professional from RingCentral in 2018, Activate Emergency Mass Notification Solution Certified from Global CTI Group in 2019, Mitel MiVoice Business Certified from Mitel in 2022, Intrado Revolution Emergency Mass Notification Certified from Intrado in 2020, Shoretel Contact Center Solution Certified, Shoretel Mobility Certification, Shoretel System Design and Architecture Certification, and Shoretel Advanced Sales Certification from ShoreTel in 2014 and 2013, respectively, and Emergency Mass Notification Solutions from CommScope.
