Charu Gupta

Charu Gupta has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. From 2020 onwards, they have been working at GLOBALFOUNDRIES as a Principal Design Enablement Engineer. Charu'sresponsibilities include developing variability models, enabling Relxpert models, addressing customer queries, and providing timely solutions to improve KPIs.

Prior to that, Charu Gupta worked as a Ph.D. Research Scholar at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Charu'sresearch focused on physics-based investigations of hot-carrier reliability in advanced semiconductor devices. Charu started in July 2016 and completed their role in November 2020.

In 2015, Charu Gupta was a Researcher at RWTH Aachen University, where they developed a self-made simulation tool for quantum simulations on carbon-based nanostructures. Charu also performed experimental work, including clean room fabrication and device characterization. This project was carried out under the DAAD scholarship program, and they worked there from September 2015 to March 2016.

In 2012, Charu Gupta completed an internship at DRDO Ministry of Defence.

Charu Gupta earned their Doctor of Philosophy degree in Device Simulation, Characterization and Modeling from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Device Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur, from 2014 to 2016. Charu obtained their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree from Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women in the years 2010 to 2014. In addition, Charu has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn in 2020, including "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences", "Own Your Voice: Improve Presentations and Executive Presence", "Presenting Technical Information with Stories", and "Productivity Tips: Taking Control of Email".
