Tatiana Shusterman

Tatiana Shusterman has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Tatiana worked at GlobalFoundries from 2017 to present, first as the Manager of Enterprise Demand Analytics and later as the Deputy Director and Chief of Staff for the US Sales Operation. In these roles, they were responsible for defining key performance indicators, tracking team performance, coordinating sales initiatives, and managing demand planning processes.

Prior to their time at GlobalFoundries, Tatiana worked at Intel Corporation as an Analytics Manager starting in 2012. Tatiana also briefly worked at Capital One as an Assistant Vice President Product Manager in the same year.

Before that, they held roles at HSBC, starting as a Senior Credit Risk Analyst in 2004 and later becoming an Assistant Vice President and Manager of Marketing Analytics from 2008 to 2012.

Tatiana's earliest work experience was as an Adjunct Instructor at Oregon Graduate Institute in 2002.

Tatiana Shusterman received a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Administration and Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 1996 to 2001. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Engineering from Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University from 1989 to 1995. It is unclear when they attended Physical Technical High School and if they obtained a degree there.
