Jane Chen

Jane Chen is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Globality, Inc., where leadership spans the Software Engineering and AI organization across the US and EU since August 2022. Prior to this role, Jane held the position of Director of Software Engineering for the Salesforce Einstein Platform, as well as Director of Software Engineering at GE Digital, where contributions included the development of a scalable big data analytic platform and cloud-based optimization solutions. Earlier career milestones include significant roles at Yahoo! developing a big data platform, Vitria Technology leading a business process management platform, and Hewlett-Packard managing a large-scale distributed eCommerce system. Jane holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech.
