Liam Shaw is an accomplished software engineering leader with extensive experience in managing and developing software solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Globalization Partners since July 2020, Liam has also held positions such as Software Development Manager and Tech Team Lead. Prior experience includes significant roles at SmartBear as Software Engineering Manager, where Liam effectively coordinated resources across projects and led a scrum team. Earlier in career at Synchronoss Technologies, Liam established agile development processes and delivered quality releases as Senior Software Engineer Team Lead. Liam's technical proficiency spans Java, Oracle, SQL, and various development frameworks, along with a solid foundation in both front-end and back-end technologies from previous positions at Oracle, Netsure Telecom, and Nortel Networks.
