Michael Maxey

Michael Maxey is an experienced attorney with a diverse background in corporate law and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Associate Vice President and Senior Commercial Counsel at GlobalLogic since June 2021, Michael previously held positions such as General Counsel at Phoenix Technologies and AgilePoint, where responsibilities included managing legal services during significant growth phases, negotiating agreements, and overseeing risk management. Michael has also founded and served as General Counsel for startups like CrampsAway, Inc. and Cenergy Solutions, Inc., demonstrating expertise in commercial transactions and regulatory compliance. Earlier career experiences include operating a law firm and practicing litigation in various legal areas, further establishing a strong foundation in business and commercial law.
