Ostap Vitiv

Ostap Vitiv serves as the Engineering Director at GlobalLogic since February 2024, bringing extensive experience in technology and business consulting. Prior to this role, Ostap was the Lead Delivery Manager at Ciklum from February 2021 to February 2024, where responsibilities included process design, onboarding, team optimization, and contract management, while also leading a portfolio of over 70 team members. Ostap has held various project and delivery management positions at EPAM Systems, Intellectsoft Blockchain Lab, Bitfury, and SoftServe, demonstrating expertise in resource and stakeholder management, project initiation, and Agile methodologies. Ostap began their career as a PtP specialist and AP accountant at Nestlé. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Lviv Institute of Banking and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Lviv Academy of Commerce.
