Yuriy Yuzifovich

Yuriy Yuzifovich is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and data science. Currently serving as CTO AI at GlobalLogic, Yuriy is responsible for the vision and strategy for AI within the company. As a Venture Partner at Almaz Capital, Yuriy advises startups in cybersecurity, big data, and AI. Previously, Yuriy held key leadership positions at Alibaba Cloud, where significant contributions included enhancing cybersecurity through AI innovations and establishing ethical guidelines for AI use. Prior roles at Akamai Technologies, Nominum, and EPAM Systems involved leading data science initiatives and developing AI-powered security solutions. Yuriy founded Mercury Development, focusing on complex software engineering projects, and has an academic background with a Ph.D. in Computer Science studies and an MBA in Quantitative Finance from Washington University in St. Louis.
