Juli Kalaj

Juli Kalaj is a seasoned professional in customer success with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at GWI since November 2022, Juli previously held positions at Yotpo as a Client Success Manager for multiple products and at Talkwalker, where responsibilities included both Senior Customer Success Manager for Enterprise and Customer Success Manager. Juli's experience at Talkwalker, a leading analytics company, focused on empowering brands and agencies to enhance communication effectiveness.
