Bilal Baloch

Bilal Baloch is an accomplished partner at Shorooq Partners, focusing on early-stage technology investments in FinTech, AI, SaaS, and TechBio. Baloch serves as a board observer for Immensa, the largest additive manufacturing startup in MENA, and Penny Software, specializing in procurement management. As a co-founder and board member of Enquire AI, Baloch has played a pivotal role in providing enterprises with an AI-powered expertise platform. Baloch is actively involved in education as an adjunct professor at The Johns Hopkins University and a non-resident scholar at the University of Pennsylvania, along with a background in teaching at The Lauder Institute.
