Lucas Sola

Lucas Sola is a highly experienced technology professional with over two decades in web development and technology management. Currently serving as the Director of Technology at Globant since March 2011, Lucas oversees deliverables, account planning, technical quality, capacity generation, and customer satisfaction, while also consulting on technical architecture and outsourcing strategies. Previous roles include Tech Manager and Technical Lead, where Lucas managed project life-cycles and enforced coding standards, as well as positions at Nimbuzz and ID90 Technologies as a web developer specializing in PHP and related technologies. Lucas holds a degree from Universidad Católica de Córdoba, completed in 2000.
