Luis Alejandro Bernal Romero

Luis Alejandro Bernal Romero is a Senior Java Developer at Globant since July 2021, and also serves as a Senior Java Developer at Stefanini Colombia since December 2017. Previously, Luis held the position of Information Systems Architect and Developer at Fundación Universitaria Konrad Lorenz from July 2015 to November 2016, where involvement included research in enterprise architecture and teaching object-oriented programming and web development. Additional experience includes working as an Information Systems Architect at IDU from 2014 to 2015, and as Director of Planning and Information Systems at the Secretaría Distrital de Gobierno from January to September 2012, where contributions included the development of the Bogotá Humana Development Plan and the migration of nearly 1,000 computers to free software. Luis holds a Master's degree in Education from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and a degree in Systems Engineering from Fundación Universidad Central.
