Magdalena Avallone

Magdalena Avallone is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in delivery, strategy, and operations, currently serving as Senior Director of Delivery, Strategy and Operations at Globant since July 2012. In this role, Magdalena oversees end-to-end delivery operations and drives strategic initiatives while fostering relationships with stakeholders. Prior positions at Globant include Director of Delivery and Operations, and Delivery Manager, where strategic frameworks and project management methodologies were implemented to enhance efficiency. As a co-founder and COO of Xseed IT Solutions from April 2010 to July 2012, Magdalena was instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and optimizing operations. Beginning the career as a Business Intelligence Consultant at Grupo Quanam, Magdalena holds a degree in Computer Software Engineering from Universidad ORT Uruguay and a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
