Himanshu Joshi

Himanshu Joshi has extensive experience in the financial industry, with a focus on product development and strategy. Himanshu started their career as a Management Trainee at Kotak Securities in 2007. From 2008 to 2011, they worked at IIFL as a Manager in Learning and Development. Himanshu then joined Edelweiss Capital as a Manager in Training and Development from 2011 to 2012. After that, they joined Globe Capital Market Limited in 2012 as the Head of Product Development and Strategy, where they led the development and innovation across various product lines, including retail broking, wealth management, capital markets, and more. Himanshu also played a key role in driving innovation and partnership with stakeholders, setting strategic goals, and leading a distributed development team.

Himanshu Joshi has a diverse education history. In 2012, they obtained a BLHP from the Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Science, specializing in behavioural science. In 2010, they pursued a Diploma in Training & Development from the Indian Society for Training & Development. Prior to this, from 2005 to 2007, they attended the Vellore Institute of Technology, where they earned an MBA in International Business & Finance.
