Alekhine Berdan possesses extensive experience in IT support and technical operations, currently serving as the Head of B2B CXM Enterprise IT Support Center and Head of Technical Operations Support Center at Globe Group since December 2015. Prior to this, Alekhine held roles at Asurion from March 2012 to November 2015, supervising a Tier-1 shift team as NOC Supervisor.
