Rich Fischer is an experienced educator with a diverse background in teaching and management. Currently, Rich serves as a teacher at Fowler Elementary School District since July 2014 and as a substitute teacher for Teachers on Call since October 2012, covering grades Pre-K to 12th. Since August 2011, Rich has also contributed as a student teacher in the Agua Fria High School District. In addition to a teaching career, Rich is the owner of Glory Land Investments LLC since December 2009 and previously held significant leadership roles in the United States Air Force from July 1983 to December 2009, where Rich managed 17 work centers with over 170 personnel. Rich holds a Master of Education in Secondary Education from the University of Phoenix, completed between 2007 and 2009.
