Chris Pulis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Chris is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Globecast, where they play a strategic role in the company's move to the cloud and IP transport across its broadcast services portfolio. Prior to this, Chris held the position of VP, Product Strategy at Diamond, where they focused on accessibility, digital transformation, and UX/UI design. Chris also served as the President of Atebion Global Consulting Group. Moving further back in their career, Chris worked at Deluxe Entertainment Services Group as the Vice President of Operations, Engineering & Content Security, overseeing broadcast operations, engineering, and IT. Chris also held the role of Sr. Director, Operations, Advanced Media R&D, where they were responsible for spearheading the development of UHD and HEVC encoding services. Before joining Deluxe, Chris worked at Ascent Media Group as the Vice President of Technical Operations - Digital Services, Broadcast Syndication & Digital Cinema, where they successfully implemented broadcasting and inventory/supply chain methodologies. Chris also has experience working at NBC Universal, ReelzChannel, ESPN Hollywood, Ron Ziskin Productions, and Mint Hill Entertainment in various production and technical roles. Overall, their expertise spans cloud broadcasting, digital transformation, operations, engineering, content security, and technical production.
Chris Pulis attended the University of Montana from 1984 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Television Production, with a minor in Psychology. Chris further pursued their education at the same university from 1989 to 1992 and received a Master of Fine Arts degree in Directing Film/Theater. In 2010, Chris attended the Executive MBA Program at Woodbury University.
