Steve Wood

As Chief Financial Officer of Globespan, Steve oversees all financial operations for the firm, including accounting, forecasting, budgeting, financial systems, audits, financial reporting, tax matters, valuations, and related investor communications. Steve’s additional responsibilities include investment due diligence and monitoring of portfolio company strategy and operations. Steve has over 15 years of experience in the venture capital industry.

Steve earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont and an MBA from the Boston College Carroll School of Management. Steve lives in the western Boston suburbs with his family and enjoys spending time in his home state of Vermont, playing various sports and traveling.
