Rebecca Burke

Rebecca Burke, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a strong background in human resources spanning over two decades. Rebecca began their career at AECOM Technology Corporation in 1997, working as a Human Resources Generalist for eight years before being promoted to Human Resources Manager. In 2007, they joined Jet Propulsion Laboratory as a Human Resources Manager, where they stayed until 2009. Rebecca then moved on to AECOM, taking on the role of Manager of Human Resources Compliance until 2014. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Bretford as Manager of Compensation and Benefits before finally joining Globetrotters Engineering Corporation in 2017 as the Human Resources Director. Throughout their career, Rebecca has displayed a strong expertise in HR management and compliance.

Rebecca Burke, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Rebecca also obtained a Professional in Human Resources Certificate from DePaul University and pursued Project Management studies at Loyola University Chicago. Rebecca further earned certifications including Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute and the SHRM-SCP from the Society for Human Resource Management.
