Paul Lancaster

Paul Lancaster is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and business development across multiple industries. Currently serving as Head of Sales and Training for Asia-Pacific at GLOBIS Corporation, Paul oversees P&L management and expansion efforts in the international corporate training market. Previously, Paul held the role of Director at Steelcase Singapore, where leadership of a diverse team drove significant revenue growth. As Global Sales Director at Heart Organization, Paul was instrumental in establishing an overseas subsidiary in Singapore while managing international sales and marketing for medical technology solutions. Additional experience includes roles in business development and corporate finance at Global Business Institute, Catalyst Corporate Finance, and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. Paul holds a Master’s degree in International Finance from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor’s degree in Financial and Business Economics from Newcastle University.
