Mariana Aguirre is a professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship and nutrition. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store focusing on organic products for personal care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously operated Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana has also worked as a Nutritionist in a private practice from 2016 to 2019 and served as a university lecturer in a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and food history. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
