Artem Kuskov

Artem Kuskov has over 28 years of work experience. In 1993, they began their career as a Junior Software Engineer at Systemotechnica, a company that develops software and hardware systems for automation of production processes. In 1999, they moved to BalEM, BZZD, ARGON - holding as a Chief Information Officer, where they developed information systems for marketing and sales management, contracts management, design and technological documentation management, standardization, production planning, calculation of the cost of technology processes, purchases, operational control of production, maintenance of core funds, staff and salary management, accounting, budgeting and management reporting. Artem also created the IT-department from scratch. In 2005, they moved to INROST, INTERMA group of companies, where they worked as a Chief Information Officer and was responsible for business and system analysis, software development and implementation for automation of construction and engineering processes, as well as software for construction development project management. From 2009 to 2011, they were the IT-startup CEO at iScrim. Since 2011, they have been the Head of Software Development at COOLBERG Group, where they are responsible for software architecture design, software engineering and management in implementation of advance IT technologies. In 2021, they joined Globus.ai as a Senior Software Engineer.

Artem Kuskov obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) from Saratov State Technical University in 2000, with a specialization in machinery automation technologies. Artem then pursued postgraduate studies at the same university from 2000 to 2002, focusing on software modelling of the manufacturing systems. In 2002, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the Institute of Management and Business, specializing in finance and financial management services. In 2018, they obtained two certifications from Microsoft: Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD): App Builder, and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA): Web Applications.
