Juan Pedro Malinow

Juan Pedro Malinow has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Juan Pedro started their work experience in 2009 as a Collaborator at Tres Areas Inversiones Rurales y Urbanas, where they were responsible for property administration tasks. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Collaborator/Consultant at Estudio Carlos José Lecueder, assisting with client management and providing consultancy services.

In 2011, Juan Pedro joined DSOgroup TEOTYS, where they held multiple positions. Juan Pedro started as the Platform Manager for Uruguay, overseeing the local BPO BtoB operations and managing a team. Juan Pedro then became the Country Manager for Uruguay and later the Business Services Manager, representing the company in the region and participating in BPO & SaaS service implementations for clients based in Mexico, Chile, and the USA. Juan Pedro continued working for DSOgroup as the Country Manager for Uruguay and International Customer Success Manager, managing a team in Montevideo remotely and reporting to the Commercial and Operations departments.

Juan Pedro joined iQera in 2018, initially as the International Customer Success Manager and later as the Project Manager SaaS/Country Manager. Juan Pedro was responsible for implementing a SaaS Credit Management solution for multinational corporations and managing teams in different geographic areas. In 2020, they moved to the Delivery & Technology department as part of the Delivery Managers team. Juan Pedro also became the Country Manager for Uruguay, overseeing the structure in Montevideo and supervising two local managers.

In 2022, Juan Pedro co-founded Keeping, a company where they worked as a Co-Founder for the entire year. In 2023, they joined Glopal as an AR & IT Finance Specialist.

Juan Pedro Malinow completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics at Lycee Francais Montevideo from 1985 to 1999. Juan Pedro then pursued a degree in Administration and Accounting at Universidad de la República, graduating in 2015. In 2016, they completed a Postgraduate program in Information Systems and Management of IT Companies at the same university. Additionally, they obtained certifications as an Expert in Information Systems and Management of IT Companies in December 2016 and as a Licensed Administrator in October 2015, both from Universidad de la República.
