Ben Dawson's work experience begins in 2001 at Texas Steakhouse & Saloon, where they served as a Kitchen Manager, overseeing the kitchen staff, ensuring food safety and quality, and managing inventory. From 2004 to 2005, they worked as a Quality Assurance Manager at the same company.

In 2005, Ben joined Glory Days Grill as an Assistant Manager, responsible for assisting with the overall restaurant operations, training the staff, and providing excellent service. In 2011, they were promoted to Managing Partner, taking charge of day-to-day operations, coordinating front- and back-of-house activities, controlling costs, and promoting efficiency.

In 2020, Ben transitioned to the role of Quality Assurance & Culinary Training Manager at Glory Days Grill, where they focused on maintaining food quality standards and providing culinary training to the staff. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Internal Operations at the company.

Ben Dawson attended James Madison University from 1999 to 2001, majoring in Education.
