Lynne Fessenden is an experienced environmental advocate and program manager with a robust background in community-based initiatives and scientific engagement. Currently serving as the Save the Bee and Environmental Stewardship Manager at GloryBee since March 2019, Lynne previously held the position of Executive Director at the Willamette Farm and Food Coalition from 2006 to 2016, promoting regional food system development in Lane County, Oregon. Earlier roles include Associate Director at the Science and Environmental Health Network, where Lynne focused on integrating science into environmental and public health policy, and Program Director at the University of Oregon Center for the Study of Women in Society, facilitating dialogues on ecological issues. Lynne holds a Ph.D. in Biological Oceanography from Oregon State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Zoology from the University of New Hampshire.
