Andrew Barlage

Andrew Barlage has a diverse work experience background. Andrew is currently working as a Recruiting Coordinator at GlossGenius since March 2023. Previously, they held the role of Football Graduate Assistant at The University of Akron from May 2022 to February 2023. In this role, they were responsible for establishing data collection and organization systems, managing communication between football departments, and improving operational efficiency through recruiting data analysis.

Before that, Andrew worked at the University of Michigan in various roles. Andrew was a Head Football Recruiting Intern from June 2021 to May 2022, and a Football Recruiting Intern from April 2019 to June 2021. During their time at the University of Michigan, they gained valuable experience in football recruiting and interned at the Optimus Scouting as a Scouting Assistant from February 2021 to May 2022.

In addition, Andrew has been an active member of the University of Michigan Sport Business Association from September 2020 to May 2022.
