Emily Hawkins

Emily Hawkins has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Emily started their career in 2015 as an Information Systems Intern at Community Health Systems, where they contributed to system operations and workflow processes. Emily then worked as a Business Analyst Intern at Hertz in 2016, leading analysis projects and presenting business cases. In 2017, they interned as a Strategy Analyst at BEAM Interactive, where they developed reporting and data analysis skills. Emily also interned as a Consultant at everis, implementing Oracle HCM cloud software for a banking company.

In 2017, Emily joined Wayfair as a Business Analyst, specializing in Competitive Intelligence. Emily led projects focused on data collection, analysis, and visualization, contributing to the development of analytical products and tools. Emily also provided technical expertise and support to the Competitive Intelligence and Business Intelligence teams.

Emily then moved to Drizly in 2019, where they initially worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst and later as a Data Platform Lead and Data Engineering Manager. In these roles, they managed data platforms, led projects, and played a key role in driving data-driven strategies.

Currently, Emily is a Data Engineering Manager at GlossGenius, where they apply their expertise to lead the data engineering team.

Emily Hawkins completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Florida Gulf Coast University from 2012 to 2016. Emily then pursued a Master of Science degree in Business Analytics from Bentley University - McCallum Graduate School of Business, where they studied from 2017 to 2019.
