Amanda Hatfield

Amanda Hatfield, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the People Operations Manager at Glossier, Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing HRIS administration and analyzing HR metrics to support strategic decision-making. Prior to this role, Amanda held the position of Senior Human Resources Generalist at Aware, focusing on HR policy development and Total Rewards strategy. Amanda's earlier experience includes significant roles at ChromaScape, where HR initiatives were developed for a diverse workforce across multiple states, as well as a comprehensive benefits program.
