Lexie Rechan is a seasoned communications professional currently serving as Manager of Global Communications at Glossier, Inc. since November 2023, where responsibilities include developing communications strategies for product campaigns and securing organic launch coverage. Prior experience includes five years at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in various roles within Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, culminating in the position of Manager of Global Integrated Communications, focusing on brand equity, awareness, and creative communications across significant campaigns and events.
