Paul Rogers

Paul Rogers is an experienced community rugby coach currently working with Gloucester Rugby since September 2022. As a volunteer head coach at Kings Norton Rhinos since March 2016, Paul coaches various age groups in both contact and tag rugby, along with fitness training. Concurrently, Paul serves as Team Manager for Warwickshire County Cricket Club, managing county age group arrangements and providing match day support. Previously, Paul worked as a community coach for Worcester Warriors from December 2021 to September 2022, focusing on school and club rugby coaching. Paul has held multiple roles in delivery driving, including positions at A Share and Sons, Morrisons PLC, and Minor, Weir and Willis Ltd. Paul’s earlier career included business development management in the cleaning facilities management sector. Educational background includes a National Diploma in Business Studies from Worcester Technical College and schooling at Prince Henry's High School.
